SPM Form 4 Mathematics_Chapter 01 Standard Form (Mandarin Version)

The main important point in this chapter is to let students differentiate between significant figures and decimal places. The video is recorded in Mandarin as it is the communication language used among most of my students. Sorry to others that do not understand mandarin, however, if you do not understand this chapter and would like to have an English version please let me know.
